By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules are incorporated by reference herein.
Alora Packaging reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site.

You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your custom packaging products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners.
You warrant that your products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, the right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third-party material into your custom packaging. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right, and authority to place the order and you authorize Alora Packaging to produce the products on your behalf.
You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions taken through your registered account. When you order custom packaging using your credentials, you grant Alora Packaging a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the design content on the printed products for the purpose of processing and storing your packaging orders.
Alora Packaging will provide design files at a low resolution (72 DPI) for approval purposes. If you would like to purchase high-resolution design files, please contact our support team for a quote.
All customer-submitted artwork, graphics, and images must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Alora Packaging is not responsible for any color shifts or changes that occur during conversion from RGB to CMYK color modes. Furthermore, we are not liable for images that print fuzzy, pixelated, or distorted due to low-resolution customer-provided artwork.
All print jobs require customer approval of the final digital artwork proof and job specification sheet. Once an order is placed, digital proofs and a job specification sheet will be emailed to you. You are responsible for reviewing all details, including dimensions, quantities, delivery dates, and production speeds, to confirm that all your requirements have been accurately noted.
Alora Packaging is not liable for any specifications or requirements beyond what is explicitly documented in the final approved specification sheet. Proofreading is the customer's sole responsibility. Due to various digital preparation methods, slight layout shifts can occur. What is shown on the final proof represents what will be printed. We strongly recommend printing the proof at 100% size to check spacing, text, spelling, and placement before approving. Upon approval, the design is sent to the production department and printed exactly as is.
Please note that standard paper and card stock used for printing our packaging products is not food-grade unless explicitly specified in writing. If you have specific food-grade or direct-contact requirements for your paper stock, please communicate this to our team before placing your order.
Alora Packaging will reproduce color from submitted files as closely as possible. However, due to the limitations of industrial printing processes, substrate variations, and neighboring ink requirements, we cannot guarantee exact color matching. Color reproduction is guaranteed to be within 90% accuracy of the approved digital proof. An exact 100% color-match guarantee is only available if you order a physical hardcopy proof for an additional fee.
Orders can be canceled prior to printing and shipping, subject to fees depending on the production stage:
No refunds are issued for design service orders once work has begun.
Because all custom orders are unique and made-to-order, all sales are final. If we verify that Alora Packaging made a confirmed manufacturing error, we will reprint the order. No cash refunds or credits will be issued.
The customer must notify Alora Packaging within 3 business days of order delivery regarding any defects, damage, or missing items. We will not be responsible for claims filed after this 3-day window. To receive a replacement, the customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of delivery. Prior written return authorization is strictly required. Expedited or rush fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
We offer standard, priority, and express shipping plans. Standard ground shipping is free within the 48 contiguous states. Standard delivery dates are estimated (typically shipping within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval) and not guaranteed. Priority ships within 8 business days, and Express ships within 6 business days after proof approval. Proof approval must be submitted by 11:00 AM EST to count for that business day.
Alora Packaging is not liable for consequential damages or losses arising from carrier transit delays, weather, customs checks, or technical failures. In the case of production delays on rush orders, rush fees will be refunded or waived, but orders cannot be cancelled due to production delays.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, fees, and clearance arrangements for orders shipped outside the United States.
To maintain our competitive pricing and high standards, Alora Packaging collaborates with production houses internationally. Our production centers (including locations in South Asia) ensure top-tier craftsmanship, and we manage transit directly to your door to avoid extra hidden costs.
Alora Packaging offices and production lines observe the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
In no event shall Alora Packaging, its suppliers, or vendors, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site or failure to provide products or services ordered from us.
