At Alora Packaging, we are dedicated to providing you with premium, custom-made packaging solutions. Because every order is manufactured specifically to your brand's unique size, design, and stock guidelines, our policy for returns, reprints, and cancellations is structured to be transparent and fair for both parties.
Due to the fully customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds, credits, or exchanges for orders that have been successfully manufactured. If we verify that Alora Packaging made a confirmed mistake during production (contrary to your approved proof and spec sheet), we will immediately reprint the defective products for you.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are subject to fees depending on how far the order has progressed through our system:
Please note that design service fees are 100% non-refundable once design work has commenced.
If you receive an order containing defects, transit damage, or missing items, you must notify Alora Packaging in writing within 3 business days of delivery. We cannot honor claims or reprints after this 3-day window.
To process a reprint claim, we require the return of at least 99% of the original product run within 10 days of your delivery date. Return shipping for the claim is at the customer's expense. No returns are accepted without a prior written Return Material Authorization (RMA) from Alora Packaging.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all boxes for visible damage or missing packages before signing for delivery. In case of missing packages or damage caused by carrier transit, please file a report with the delivery driver and contact Alora Packaging within 3 business days. We are not responsible for 3rd-party carrier omissions, loss, or damage unless filed promptly.
Expedited printing fees, rush service charges, and express shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, including orders that are returned or reprinted.
You are responsible for confirming all specifications (dimensions, materials, quantities) and proofreading artwork before approval. Alora Packaging is not liable for errors caused by customer-approved layouts, including:
Digital screen proofs predict layout but do not guarantee exact color matching. We guarantee color reproduction within 90% of your approved proof. If absolute color accuracy is required, you must order a physical hardcopy proof before full production.
